Commenting on his appointment, Davy Thomas said:

“Lapis Home has built a strong portfolio of businesses, each with its own expertise, reputation and opportunity for growth.

My focus will be on strengthening those brands, building deeper customer relationships, and ensuring marketing plays a meaningful role in supporting the group’s long-term ambition. There is a clear vision for the future and I look forward to working with the team to deliver it.”

As Lapis Home continues to scale, the appointment reinforces the group’s focus on building strong operational foundations, investing in experienced leadership and creating trusted brands capable of delivering long-term value for customers, employees and stakeholders alike.
